VELOR Shipping Policy

At Velor, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Important: Shipping Delays and Refund Policy
Due to high demand for our products, shipping delays of up to 15 additional business days may occasionally occur. This is beyond our control and does not automatically qualify customers for a refund.
If you wish to request a refund for any reason, the product must first be returned to our warehouse and inspected before any refund is processed. Shipping delays alone do not entitle customers to an instant refund without returning the product.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

In some cases, additional delays of 7–10 business days may occur. If this happens, customers will be notified via email with updates regarding their order.
Please note: Shipping delays do not qualify customers for an automatic refund. Our standard refund policy applies — products must be returned and inspected before any refund is issued.
Pre-Orders Policy
Some products may be offered as pre-orders, meaning the item is not yet in stock but will be shipped once inventory becomes available.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Processing & Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items are shipped based on production and restocking schedules.
Estimated fulfillment time is 31–45 days from the order date. These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on supply conditions.
In some cases, customers may receive a tracking number or fulfillment notification several days after placing the order.
Receiving a tracking number at this stage does not necessarily mean the order has shipped yet. This notification indicates that the order has entered our fulfillment system and that a shipping slot has been reserved for the package.
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders must be canceled at least 3–5 days prior to the 30th day from the order date to allow sufficient time for processing before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Cancellation requests submitted after this window may not be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted directly through our support team at support@tryvelor.com.Â
Pre-orders cannot be canceled through payment disputes or chargebacks, as this bypasses the merchant’s ability to review and process the request.
Combined Orders
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Tracking information may take a few days to update depending on the carrier.
Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

For orders under $50, a small flat shipping fee may apply depending on your region.

All shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before purchase.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Velor is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

For lost packages, please contact support@tryvelor.com, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
